Can I Return Other Redway Owned Brands Products on RBTangs.com?This is one of our most common questions. Since our brands are considered different businesses we unfortunately do not accept returns from other Redway owned platforms. What is Our Returning Policy?R.B. Tang's will accept all returns up to 90 days after purchase. All clearance items can be returned after 30 days after purchase or exchanged after 60 days after purchase. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment once a Redway facility receives the package with the proper merchandise, if a return is not necessary, a refund will be issued immediately. Refunds can only be issued back to the original form of payment, reward points cannot refunded, reward points cannot be refunded in cash or gift cards. Can I Use Redway Branded Coupons on RBTangs.com?YES! As long as the coupon is still valid, RBTangs.com will gladly accept the coupon. Redway will accept all coupons issued by Redway or RDWY Global. Reward coupons & rewards cannot be used at R. B. Tang's since reward programs do not connect. E-gift cards issued by other Redway-owned brands cannot be used on different Redway-owned platforms.

Does R.B. TANG'S Price Match?R.B. TANG'S does offer competitor price match! Redway & its subsidiaries won't approve all price matches, and we only accept price matches from well-known brands. In order for us to price match, the item must still be offered for that price & it must be in stock. If you want to price match to other Redway owned brands we will gladly price match it if it's in stock or not. How do I Cancel/Request a RefundYou can cancel/return your order by going to your R.B. Tang account and clicking the "My Orders" tab. In the "My Orders" tab you will see a red button for you to request a return/refund. If you checked out as a guest, you could always make a R.B. TANG'S account or visit www.redwaybrands.net/request-a-refund to cancel/refund your order. Once your return/cancellation is approved, your refund will be issued back to the original form of payment. Refunds can also be issued back to a ShopMaginnis.com e-gift card. Refunds can take up to 3-10 business days to show on your bank account.

How do I Use my Redway/RDWY Global Discount on RBTangs.com?All Redway-owned platforms and stores accept your associate discount. If you or a family/friend member would like to use your associate discount, all you have to do is place your associate discount code in the "Enter Promo Code" section of checkout. If a family or friend would like to use your discount, please contact Associate Support located in your OneRedway account. Once you fill out the form, your family/friend member will receive a text/email with a temporary one-use code to redeem your discount. REMEMBER YOU CANNOT SHARE YOUR ASSOCIATE CODE WITH ANYONE! If your associate discount code has been leaked, please contact RDWY Global/Redway Asset Protection immediately to void the code.

How Long Does it Take for my Refund to Show in my Account?Redway Brands International issues all refunds immediately once we receive the item back. It usually depends on your bank when the funds show back up in your account, usually its 3-10 business days. If you choose to receive your refund in a R.B. Tang e-gift card, the funds will be issued immediately upon refund approval.
